Prasarita Padottanasana

I did something I never expected could happen.  I farted during this pose.  And like lifting the lid of tupperware, I found space between my legs from relaxing my anus and letting my abductors hold me up on super strong legs.  It was only a split second of relaxing but profound.  I followed this body epiphany up with some intense supta padangusthasana work.
